Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may exchange the return for another size or another product on our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all swing tags attached.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you would like to choose a different size. The product must be received in its original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange. The item will need to be posted back to us at your expense. Scout Collective Kids reserves the right to refuse the exchange if it does not meet these conditions. If you need to exchange it for the same item please send us an email at accounts@garmentsolutions.com.au so we can check if we have an alternative size or product for you before returning your item.

Refunds

A refund will only be issued if the product is faulty due to a manufacturing issue.
A refund will not be issued for the below reasons:

- If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company or bank, it may take up to 7 working days before your refund is live on your balance. This will depend on your bank or your credit card company.

If your refund is not showing on your account after 7 working days, please contact us at accounts@garmentsolutions.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Scout Collective Kids, PO Box 2180, Mansfield BC QLD 4122, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider taking tracking out on your return, as we will not be held responsible for any returns that we do not receive.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
